Stephen Kubisheski co-founded Ferguson & Kubisheski, Chartered Accountants, in 1988 and has been a cornerstone of the firm’s success for more than three decades. Admitted to Chartered Accountant membership in 1987, Stephen brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of his work.

Dedicated to staying current with evolving accounting standards, Stephen actively pursues ongoing professional development to ensure clients receive the most accurate and up-to-date advice. Known for his hands-on approach, he is involved in everything from personal tax returns to complex audits, providing personalized service and meticulous attention to detail.

Ashley McIntyre joined Ferguson & Kubisheski in 2015 and was admitted to CPA membership in 2022. She became a partner in June 2022, reflecting her strong client focus and leadership within the firm. Ashley is very hands-on, working closely with clients on everything from personal tax returns and corporate filings to assurance engagements and advisory needs.

In addition to her client work, Ashley provides IT support for the office and actively champions the adoption of new technology. She stays on top of the latest tech trends to streamline processes and boost productivity—both within the firm and for clients—ensuring practical, secure, and scalable improvements.

Committed to professional excellence, Ashley prioritizes ongoing learning and staying current with changes to tax and accounting regulations. Clients appreciate her approachable style, clear guidance, and dedication to delivering reliable, up to date advice.

Erika Riopelle was admitted to CPA membership in 2021 and joined Ferguson & Kubisheski the same year. Drawing on meaningful industry experience, she brings practical insight to client procedures and helps organizations strengthen their processes. Erika’s work spans personal and corporate tax as well as audits for notforprofit organizations.

Clients value Erika’s sunny disposition and quick, reliable responsiveness. She is committed to staying current with accounting standards and emerging trends so she can provide timely, uptodate guidance.

Outside the office, Erika enjoys playing volleyball, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

Sandra Mosco began her career with Ferguson & Kubisheski in 2004 and brings decades of expertise in accounting and tax services. A graduate of Canadore College in 1985, Sandra specialized in accounting procedures and has since built a reputation for delivering exceptional financial guidance.

Her practice spans a wide range of industries, with a primary focus on personal and corporate tax planning, as well as financial statement preparation. Sandra’s commitment to accuracy and client success has made her a trusted advisor for individuals and businesses alike.

Outside of work, Sandra enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren and is an avid golfer, embracing the balance between professional excellence and personal fulfillment.

Jessica Buzzell joined Ferguson & Kubisheski in 2025 and quickly became a go-to presence for clients thanks to her warm, people-first approach. She holds a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Durham College (2011), and soon realized her true passion lies in organization and client services.

With a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to helping others, Jessica strives to make every client’s experience smooth and positive—always greeting you with a smile.

She enjoys improving office organization and workflow to create efficient, welcoming environments that let teams and clients focus on what matters most. Outside of work, Jessica loves spending time with her family, traveling, and creating meaningful memories.

Eldon Ferguson was a visionary leader and one of the founding partners of Ferguson & Kubisheski in 1988. His career began decades earlier when he was admitted to Chartered Accountant membership in 1968, marking the start of a lifelong commitment to excellence in the profession.

Eldon was widely admired by clients for his integrity, expertise, and unwavering dedication. His leadership helped shape the firm’s reputation for trust and quality service. Beyond his professional achievements, Eldon was known for his warmth and genuine care for those he worked with.

Eldon passed away in 2021 and is deeply missed by colleagues, clients, and the community. His legacy continues to inspire the values and standards that Ferguson & Kubisheski upholds today.
